How to get hold of rid of a stiff body after football practice ?

i got back from football practice yesterday and i have a stiff body. it was hard to meander, hard to get up and sit down. my shoulders and thighs really hurt if i use them. it happen after every football practice.

Answer:    Stretch, and use Icy Hot or Bengay..
This is called NO PAIN NO GAIN,,,lol,,,,It is just your body's channel of say what the heck,,,so you need to know that eventually this will jump away the more you practice but Advil and heat packs do backing. I'm a manager and the coaches have the troop stretch A LOT before and after practice..
