How to present myself a bruise?

I really want to get out of a PE just for soon. It's a one time thing so please don't tell me that I am crazy and that this can ruin your body or doesn`t matter what because I KNOW! I need a REAL bruise not a make up one or a hickey one. Can you present me the least painful instrument of doing that? I want it on my leg. THanks.

And please please don't give me crap about how I am crzy and insane and I involve thearpy. I need a REAL bruise. REAL!

Anyone else experience odd unexplainable pains contained by your knees, ankles, etc.?

Run through the house deliberately running into the corners of table, beds, desks etc or you can fall down outside and tender yourself some gravel rash as well. Guaranteed to avoid PE! Painless? - no guarantee of that! What are you avoiding contained by PE?

Ankle is hot?

you won't be able to sit out of gym just because of a bruise. and if it's a really impossible bruise then you'll be out for more than one day. so it's any that you're out for more than one day or you just don't seize the bruise. but some ways are dropping something heavy like a weightiness on your leg. or hitting your leg against something hard. if you keep kicking a bench with your ankle then it will hurt for a time.

I hold cronic aching & I enjoy not found a doctor who will prescribe affliction meds within minnesota Can someone abet ?

lol, my friend used to do that like every day previously gym. She just rammed her leg into the desk or counter within the classroom. It was kind of funny. Or you could falsified one. I know you said you dont want to, but my friend also used purple eye shadow. It worked :P

I am not going to tell you how to hurt yourself, but there are other ways to acquire out of PE.
Try cramps, works well usually.
Ask another teacher for abet and ask if you can come during PE.
Go to the nurse and say you feel similar to you are going to throw up right before class.
Do not hurt yourself , cutting gym is bleak enough.

Should I be worried?

hit yourself with a sledge hammer a few times. Not way too hard, but in recent times enough to leave you wince. It should be bruised by the morning.

PS you are crazy.

I would suggest going in on crutches, then you could be out for a few weeks.

Try kicking the bone below the knees with the corner of a wall? Keep kicking till you are able to see a marked mark.
Also hit the bone with a spoon or something heavier... till you take a bruse..

stick the hose from a running vaccumm cleaner to your leg or something. it will give you the broken blood vessils that you want. that way you dont hold to actually hurt yourself.

A bruise is caused by rupturing the capillary bed in the subcutaneous tissue of your skin causing blood to spill into the surrounding tissue. A sledge hammer should do the trick.
