How to alleviate sprained ankle vigorous?
I'm talking about 3-4 days. I have a trip on Monday Feb.16 to Monterey and I dont want to use crutches...at adjectives. Is that even a possibility? I sprained it on feb. 12 and I have been icing it and elevating it. There is a slight discomfort when I walk on it and I want it to not hurt at adjectives. I will be doing a lot of walking in Monterey.should I not go?
Answers: Sorry, but a sprain take time to heal and walking on it will just prolong the healing.
I sprained my ankle by slipping on a earthenware floor on Jan. 23 2009 i have been in 3 different fiberglass cast and now i am in a air issue.
Honestly it all depends on how much pain you can tolerate. Soaking it in melt water and exercising it a little bit may help. Source(s): Personal Experience
