How oodles cortisone injections are you suppose to own?
I'm a 16 year female. I've had 3 cortisone injections surrounded by my shoulder, two in last two months. I also play softball too. I've have surgery on my right shoulder this year in January. I'm confused, Please help.

You are too childish to be having chronic problems/pain. You also need to consent to the should rest/heal.No sports.
