In one of my 'Tokio Hotel' music dvd's, the drummer mentions that he looses:

1 to 2 litres of fluid from his body, in each concert.

I'm sure playing the drums for long period of time would make anyone sweat. He may be exaggerating a bit on the 1-2 liter thing (liters are a fairly fair amount of liquid) since it would be hard to test exactly how much one sweats during a concert without some kind of irrefutable experiment.
The only other way I can infer of to lose any large amount of bodily fluid during his concert would be for him to urinate during his concert-which would just be gross.
