HUGE blister under your own steam?
Hi.
I was playing basketball yesterday, and my shoes didn't really fit, about in the middle through a game, i felt a grotesque sensation in my foot. So i went sour court and took my shoe and sock off, and i had this huge popped blister on my right foot, where on earth the arch should be (I have flat feet).
Anyway that was yesterday. And it is still giving of sore and red.
What should i do?
Answer: that happens to me all the time when i walk ice skating... usually it just go away by itself. put some ice on it and maybe some cream or something, don't verbs it'll get better soon
