Hurt my knees, should I see a doctor?

I was running around with my friends the other darkness with no shoes on, and the next morning I woke up and my knees was hurting. Its been 2 days almost and my knees is still hurting. Its my left knee, the fragment on the inside beside my knee cap kinda. It hurts when I verbs it or when I am walking and I turn. Kinda when I bend it, but I have never had problems really next to my knee so I just wasn't sure if it be serious enough to see a doctor about or if this generous of thing usually heals..bc I am used to working out 4 days a week and Im not sure if I can...

Answer:    No...work it rotten.
Rule of thumb can be to do RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) for about 2 days. If still problems and niggle hasn't decreased then you necessitate to see someone. I would suggest a physiotherapist. Especially if this is stopping you from doing regular/normal activity such as working out.

Pain is not normal, and it wishes to be managed/treated.

Lloyd.
