Hydrocodone and Unisom together?
I had surgery and was taking hydrocodone for a while, which knock me out and made me sleep during the day which messed up my whole sleeping routine. Now that I am better, i own a hard time sleeping at night because I am tired during the year and usually take naps during the sunshine. So i am taking Unisom for the past 2 nights. But will anything arise if I take 1 Unisom and 1 Hydrocodone at the same time? I lately want to sleep.. PLEASE HELP!! NEED ANSWERS!

This is not safe. Opoids/narcotics and sleeping pills simply do not mix.
You need to force yourself to stop taking nap and to get on a better sleeping pattern. Do this in need drugs.
If you feel you HAVE to take something, reach a deal to your pharmacist about Valerian, Melotonin, or St John's Wort. See if it will react beside the Vicodin in a negative deportment..
You said that the hydrocodone knocked you out and made you sleep through the day. Why not try taking it alone back you go to bed if it doesn't help you drop asleep then you can take the unisom. Alot of doctors prescribe a sleeping pill at hours of darkness to help their patients sleep and they also have hydrocodone ordered so I don't deduce there will be any conflict. I just dream up that you should try the hydrocodone by itself first since you said that it knocked you out when you took it before. It is a miserable premonition not being able to sleep. I hope you take some sleep tonight. Hydrocodone is heavy stuff and mixing that with a sleeping pill...you're a moment ago asking for trouble. Stop taking the hydrocodone and if you really think you need a sleeping pill after take that.but don't mix it with other over the counter or prescribed meds unless a doctor or pharmacist say it's ok. Try to not take the sleeping pills. Once you're off both meds, your body clock will usually reset itself. it may pocket some time but hang in nearby. Also, try not to take naps until the sleep at hours of darkness gets sorted out. .
Hydro-codone and unisom together would not be a good combination Only one Unisom and one Hydrocodone is almost non-hazardous. One thing about Hydrocodone though is that it may keep hold of you from sleeping as it has a side effect as to make you a moment or two hyper. Unisom will definitely have a residual effect and put together you tired throughout the day keep this surrounded by mind. If you want to sleep, don't take that Hydrocodone anytime after about 2PM and this will allow your body to burn it stale by night time when its time for you to go to sleep.
