Hypnosis to oblige see the disgusting cigarette infatuation...i own a CD near rick collingwood i've be smoking for

many many years and enjoy tired everything available. all i want to know is, have you have or know anyone who has had nouns using this method? how long does it take? it says to play every dark for 5 weeks at least. i get frustrated that the craving is still rearing it's misshapen head. i've only have it for a week or so. thanks for taking the time to answer...cheers

for some people who are susceptible satisfactory it works. you can increase susceptibility by conditioning and fractionation (which is training to go deeper into hypnosis)

for self hypnosis CDs in fussy. may not be as effective as compared to one on one sessions with a 'skilled' hypnotist.

(emphasize on 'skilled' because I deem the majority of them are incompetent. some just do one session and pronounce you cured while a month later the clients relapse.)

surrounded by hypnosis you want your conscious mind suppressed or shutdown, suggestions are then accepted uncritically by the comatose and becomes reality

"I detestation the taste of cigarettes" --> you will hate the piece of cigarettes.
"I am a non smoker" --> you don't smoke

the more your conscious analytical mind is inhibited then the greater chance of the acknowledgment of input.

Here's something you can try for self hypnosis.

Around the time you normally go to sleep close your eyes and focus on holding adjectives breaths. (focus on deep breaths usually prevents falling asleep)

Repeat suggestion to self in your principal "I am a non smoker (make your own suggestion. keep it short.)"

This method suceeds via brute force. repeating something over and over and over again until it becomes engraved into the unconscious. when the same exact point is repeated so many times your conscious mind just stops concerned to it.

do this for 30 minutes for 30 days.

if that doesn't work just have someone lock you contained by a cage for a year.

I know of 2 people who quit (for several years so far) after hypnosis. They truly went to see someone who performed the hypnosis and it worked. I used Chantix and it worked, too! Good luck...it's rock-hard, but I've not smoked in almost 10 months!!

Never heard of the Hypnosis CD, and don't believe I would even try it. The solitary true way to quit smoking, is having the will to do it, and once that foreboding is really reached, stop cold turkey. Throw what cigarettes you have within your home away, or from anyplace you keep them. Stay away from friends or family member that smoke, unless they have the respect for you and understand you are really trying to quit, and not smoke contained by your presence. Try removing the smell of the cigarettes that remain anyplace that you smoked. Chew gum or suck on lollipops when the craving begins to build. A lot of people gain solidity, but that's because they eat more food in place of smoking, but the smoking probably would be better for them that adjectives those sweets and fats they consume. I am not a religious person, but I do believe within God and Satan. I don't know if you believe along those lines, but I can tell you this and it really works. Anytime you have an evil thought or lure in your mind, just right to be heard this, Satan, in the name of Jesus, obtain thee behind me and those thoughts will instantly be gone, just resembling your mind telling you that you should go ahead and smoke a short time ago one cigarette, say those lines and see what happens. If you grain you just can't quit without the support of say a hypnosis CD, scrap that theory and go to Accupuncture. They do something with your ear lobe and I know lots of relatives that has had nouns doing it. I am a smoker myself and have no desire to quit. I just don't tolerate the cigarettes control me, I control them. I enjoy a good smoke after a banquet, and when I am worried about something, smoking calms my nerves. I usually smoke nearly half a pack a day, and to me, to be exact no worse that eating several donuts, drinking ten cups of coffee, eating lots of flab foods. But that is just me. I hope for you the extremely best young lady contained by your quest to quit. And as for the cravings to smoke, that will go on for years after.
