I am constantly tired,usually sleep 16 hours contained by 24 hours?

when awake have daily skipper aches and some times dizzy spells.

Answer:    Too much sleep is almost as bad as too little sleep and make you feel very watered down and very tired.

More than 10 hours in 24 hours is collectively regarded as too much..
It's common skill never to get to little sleep. But did you know your not meant to over sleep? Your brain desires between 6 - 10hours sleep per night, the average being around 8. When you over sleep you trick your brain into thinking it desires more, people who generally over indulge surrounded by there sleep and always tired. I suggest you put yourself into a routine where on earth you get 10hours or 8hours a night. You'll be aware of much better and the headaches/dizzy spells should disappear. Definately see a doctor, you may be anemic. If nothing shows up in test, it may well be that your body has newly gotten used to this routine, and something you may need to kick out.

If you're sufferring from depression, this may also impose these symptoms. I'm no doctor, but I had exactly this when I was going through depression..
Do as Jamand say. Get to a doctor and get your bloods done. Without knowing all your details, it could be anything. From diabetes, chronic fatigue syndrome, even depression. Go to the doctor...

Simple solutions are the best.

Could be anything - diabetes, M.E. - or simply a moment ago general malaise.

Blood tests will provide the answer but for unambiguous reasons - we can't do that.
you need toeat better and should try to receive up and do things... even if they are simple.. get moving around... i know
