I have already taken two tylenol that has 500 mg of acetaminophen and it say not to take with anothe acetaminophen but I really necessitate a midol because the tylenol is not working at all! Should I linger the 6 hours for the tylenol to wear off then purloin a midol? Or should I forget midol completely because it's unsafe? Please help me I'm in sooo much distress.

I would take a midol. Next time try taking 3 tylenol. You will be fine. I had to do this several times before because I used to have vastly severe cramps and back pain. You should really expect about getting on birth control. After I did the pain be reduced GREATLY. Sometimes I don't even have to take anything because it doesn't hurt as doomed to failure. You might also try a very hot bath. That help a lot too. Good luck and try to have a contented period!
