I am sooo tired, resembling loads?

I get around 8 hours of sleep a night, Im 15, is that polite or bad? If I go to bed since 11, I just can't sleep, it seems impossible for me.
And also - why do the hours in the past midnight count for more than after midnight?

hey well its the same for me... i am 15 and i attain like even less sleep than you... your body is probably still adjust to the amount of sleep you get

HI, you just may requirement to take an Iron fortified vitamin. I assume at 15 you have period. With Periods you lose Iron---some girls have such heavy period that their systems cannot replace the lost iron. That in turn can make you anemic and trade name you very very tired no business how much sleep you get. Amenia is treated with iron supplements or diet. Regarding the sleep issue--it have to do with REM sleep. Google REM----and before starting any regime consult your physician.

I envy you I;m lucky if I seize 3 hours sleep. I have tried everything..going to bed earlier, sleeping pills, herbal rmedies, baths, lavender..etc.
It is designed to count twice as much but I don't see how either

Lots of 15 year olds don't get through properly.

Perhaps you need to improve your diet. More fruit and vegetables for more antioxidants and enzymes that you stipulation for good health and strength.

Why would a doctor do this?

I can understand you.I fall asleep at midnight and rouse up at 6.i am 14.I'm italian.I think you have to sleep more contained by the afternoon if you can.if can't you have just to dally the holiday
