i am sure it isnt muscular.

but its the middle of my back on the left foot side and when the pain comes it gets stronger and stronger as though someone is squeezing me inside.

this does just last up to 40 seconds. but it does hurt. in that seems to be no pattern to its occurance. i can be sitting , standing , lying down.

anyone hold any ideas?
