I am TERRIBLY sore!!...?
from the combo of a few toning classes a week, and going out dancing last night. What could I do to alleviate the painful soreness so that i'll be able to go to my pilates class 2morrow?
btw, it hurts to even try to stretch
Answers: Agreed. If you are that sore then you have need of to cancel your pilates class tomorrow and rest your muscles. They need time to build up.
Take a break. Let you muscles rest.
