i have nervous behaviour, and i bite my nails, i need to stop, bring i also end up biting the skin around the nail, and it looks awful, i do it lacking knowing it sometimes, and i look like a child with my fingers contained by my mouth, how do i stop!

i have the sally's no bite stuff, and honestly, it doesn't work. After you dance on so long doing something it's hard to stop. You become accustomed to the desperate taste after awhile,and keep biting them. What i do is sit on my hand. I put my hands under my thighs when i sit down, so i truly have to move my hands to my mouth, which you'll realize after awhile, its getting annoying. That worked for awhile, and afterwards i got braces, i physically cannot bite my nails anymore, and don't hold an urge to. Go and get a French manicure, your nails will look so pretty you wont want to injury them! (:

Ohh don't worry it happens to adjectives of us. I don't if you ever heard of sally's but its a beauty supply place, here they have speacial nail polish that when you bite it leaves a vastly bad tastes which as expected is very non-Toxic so you don't have to verbs about it.
