This may nouns obvious, but stop burning it. You have to bestow it time to heal. Take a few days without intake anything hot or salty or spicy so it can heal. If you preserve trying to eat hot (or even warm) things when it's burnt afterwards, instead of healing, it gets mildly burned again and again.
