I just got vertebrae from my first day at a brand new university and I'm in 8th grade. Usually, I'm full of liveliness from the time I wake up till one at night. But I'm sensation lethargic and my family is going out within a bit. What can I do for energy and to get this tired response out of my bones besides energy drinks. My eyes aren'sleepy so I can't sleep, but my body feels partially asleep and groggy. Thanks so much.

Answer:    Do simple breathing exercises for 5-10 minutes and take a 20 minute nap. You'll surface SO much better when you wake up! .
The first day at a brand hot school can be stressful whether your aware of it or not... Stress can manifest itself in mixed forms, from stomach aches, headaches, over adjectives malaise and fatigue. As to rid yourself of this "" down "" I suggest either taking a short nap, perchance even going out for a small walk or a jog ( fresh nouns does wonders), and/ or taking a shower... I hardly suggest taking energy drinks, your still infantile and I would stay away from those !
Tonight before you go to bed, thieve a bath and take some time for you to relax.. you should be better tomorrow ! honestly the best be is to exercise, eat alot of fruit and vegitables.
maybe not study to much tv and try to stay active.
your bones may ache because your not drinking ample milk.just try to stay healthy..
