I can stir right to sleep after my workouts, and stay asleep...this is why i work out past bed. is this bleak?
I used to work out as soon as i got up, but i would then be sluggish throughout the day--and drop asleep at my desk, even right after i got to work (which was in the order of 30 minutes after the workout) i know i am supposed to workout in the mornings, but i think that is to say what is making me so slow and sleepy. Is the difference between workin out when you get up and working out 2 hours before bed that big of a difference? if so, i plan on going right spinal column to mornings-thanks

If you can get to sleep its really not that much of a problem. A large concern for working out up to that time you sleep is that it will cause you to not adequately gain sleep.
