I can't sleep and i'm really tired adjectives the time
the past couple of weeks i haven't been competent to sleep well, i will lye in bed till 3:00 within the morning till i fall into a light sleep but i stir up constantly. and in the day i some times filch naps and it is usually so easy to dive asleep but now i can't at all surrounded by the day. what should i do to get to sleep faster and hold a deeper sleep.
oh and when i eat i usually get the more tired than usual. some times at dinner i hold to stop eating and lye down because i'm so tired but i can't fall asleep...this is really irritating. i newly finished work for the summer a couple weeks ago so i can sleep inevery other day but i run at 5:00 every other day also..i'm starting to speech about irrelivent things sorry. thank you so much!
Answer: Try waking up and going to bed at like peas in a pod time every day. It IS irritating to be unable to sleep. If that doesn't clear it up, you can try unprocessed remedies, like hops or arnica. If that doesn't work either, you may want to see your doctor..
i have the same problem a while back i go to the doctor and she gave me sleeping pills for 3 months and that brought my sleep back to average if you have any problems besides not being competent to sleep or eat right no matter what the problem is it's flawless to tell your doc about it You hold to see a general practioner to run some tests but the possibilties are
drinking too much coffee
smoking too much
resting too much so you are not loosing abundant calories
and finally possibilty of an ailment which needs to be looked at by a doctor.
there possibly something wrong with your thyroid. you may want to consult with your dr. and get hold of a blood test done.

hi i hold the same problem i cant sleep until im to tired my body cant take it what i do if i cant sleep and i cant only lay there is think roughly speaking somebody like your crush or boyfriend and just reason happy thoughts dont thing of anything you want...i want a cell phone and if i mull over about it will take me another hour to spatter asleep. Also dont think about anything special next you cant sleep because your exited.i seem to fall asleep quicker if i drink lots of hose down and maybe a soda for lunch rather consequently dinner and after of before the soda
drink a bottle of water
dont attain frustrated about it if you cant sleep and your thinking about it you will never sleep. Stay on your stern when you sleep and never on your belly and TRY and stay away from your sides

i have to shift to bed in 5min
and use a good pillow and mattress and stay up a short time later so your tired dont have soda in the past bed or coffe anything with caffeen

I would suggest first going to the doctor and seeing if you have any sleeping disorder and the mete out of this. I think most of this kind of problems (insomnia, headache or migraines, etc) are because of the daily stress. I’m going to suggest some natural remedies that have been working on my family for years.
There’s an grease that my mother-in-law uses named Melissa bath essence (relaxing and soothing), she’s supposed to give somebody a lift a bath whit this oil but she doesn’t really enjoy the time for the 15 minutes bath so what she does is to put her feet into a reheat water container (the hottest you can handle the better) for going on for 10 minutes and puts about 5 drops of this oil into the sea and while she does this, she’s checking up her emails or watching some tv show. Then immediately she goes to sleep. She suffered insomnia for abundant years and at the beginning she had to make the addition of into the water about 5 drops of another grease named “ant-stress” to compliment the treatment for a few months, then she didn’t needed it anymore and uses only the Melissa oil.
Also, I have a two year feeble son that used to sleep into our bed and I made the transition to his own bedroom and crib. He awaked several times in the night so I tried the Melissa grease as well. Every night I pass my son his last bottle and while he’s drinking I rub ONE drop of this oil into his soles of the foot and since then he sleeps so tight ‘till next morning. I’m not afraid of using this because this is a unprocessed product that doesn’t develop dependence.
These oils are concentrated so a few drops works perfectly and closing for ever!
