I cant sleep at darkness!?

haven't been sleeping for like a month, !
i know i should see a doctor, but is there anything i can clutch or do to help me sleep seriously am going nuts and i have to wake up at 6h . similar to god and then I get huge head-teaks and cant pay attention contained by class!

I would try exercising mid day, some serious Cardio (running, biking, swimming), so your body craves the rest. This will also make you feel better, release stress, and clear your organizer..it will also help the body release natural hormones and endorphins, which will promote sleep towards the evening. Don't do this option to unsettled (past 4-5) cause it will have the reverse effect...if this doesn't work, you could always try something herbal or melatonin, although these can walk off you groggy...
if neither options work after a day or two, i would schedule a consult beside a doctor, they may give you a prescription sleep aid, if needed. from the sounds of it, your a student, so you *might* be able to get a free consult on campus, if your academy has the facility...
