I cant trickle asleep...?
it is 4:30ish AM right now school starts soon and i stipulation to start getting myself to go to bed sooner than that...ive been trying for the best week...and i step to bed turn the lights off and everything and i cant fall asleep until 4:30 5 AM and im getting really shy that im gonna like miss the buss becuase i sleep until noonish one..?
please help.
Answer: You will sleep much better if you don't be paid late nights a mannerism. and if you cannot sleep- do not stress about it, because this will not make you tired.
I suggest you read a really glib book, and have a hot chocolate. Just relax, you will break the habit soon. .
If you know you've get to get up the next light of day try and get up before twelve, I know its easier said than done if you still feel tired. If you smoke or drink coffee, make sure you hand down 3 hours between your last cigarette/drink. I don't know where you live, but here ( england ), you can buy kalms sleeping tablets surrounded by the shops. They're made of all natural ingredients, so they don't knock you out, as long as your lying bed near your eyes shut they work! And you wake up for your alarm too! you could tire yourself out by doing exercise for most of the day, or exert more later normal energy, immediately if you do this right it should make you sleepy for that one night, consequently it should be easier to get back on rota .
try buying some pills my dad takes some perscription pills and when i cant get to bed he give me to and i fall asleep i think iots close to zoloph or something idr
