I cant shift to sleep ?
i cant go to sleep and i need to dance to sleep cuz i av school in the morning and i cant be slow or tied peop hav exspectatioins of me. also its just the 3rd day of institution so u dont wanna sime you kno. anyway i need methods or ways to make me goto sleep. and no sleppin pills or unwell be aslep for hours. 10pts for the best one .

I have a two years old son that used to sleep into my husband’s and my bed and I made the transition to his own bedroom and crib. He awakes several times surrounded by the night so I tried the Melissa oil as okay.
