I obtain a really fruitless misery within my pay for when i rear

Im only 17, but have have little problems with my back earlier, (just aching and stuff).
But recently i bought a trampoline and i be fine for a few weeks, then one day, i go on it and it really hurts the middle of my back when i jump.
Its be a couple of weeks now, and the pain still comes when i bounce. Its like a sharp pain within my middle/lower back.
Even a tiny little jump on the ground does it, i dont remember hurting my backbone on the trampoline..so what is this?

Answer:    I don't recommend you jumping on the trampoline. You damaged some discs within your low back previously and now the stress from the trampoline have damaged the discs in your midback.

I recommend do swimming for a few months to rehabilitate your spine. Don't be immobile, do power walks. Just avoid running, jogging, jump or anything else that involves increase stress/shock to your disc.
