I believe I am depressed what should I do?

I am thinking about taking medication?
Answers:    Find someone to talk to about how you are attitude - NOW.
Don't take any medication without instruction from a licensed Psychologist, Psychiatrist or Medical Doctor.
Depression can be very indisputable and very scary but the best thing to do is find someone you trust and make clear to that person that you need to talk almost how you're feeling. If that's not an option call a CONTACT business if you have one in your city or your family doctor. You could also contact your minister or any partaker of clergy, if that is an option for you. Most of them have great community connections for issues resembling yours.
Basically, what I'm saying is don't try to walk down this path alone - in attendance is always someone who will listen & somewhere to get help if you stipulation it. But don't just ignore those feelings & remember that drugs are not other the best solution.
Above all, don't let pride or shame get surrounded by the way of helping yourself. You already made this first step, so go a little further and accomplish out for some added strength..You will be glad you did and so will those people who love you..You'll be in my thoughts & prayers.
