I have an idea that I might own pulled a muscle?
I was at soccer practice when I was warm up my friend and I didn that stradle thing where you verbs your friend forward...and well at first she went slow when she pulled me forward so I be okay... then she went aft me and pushed me hard and fast so my knees touched my proboscis. and it was kinda hurtful... then after soccer practice my legs be a little sore... and today (the day after) My legs KILL!
Do you reflect on I pulled a muscle?
and what should I do about it?
Answer: you should know when you pull a muscle. the first time i pulled a muscle be at soccer practice right before high college tryouts. i didnt warm up good and we be doing some drills and i did a VERY extensive pull back and i only completely fell over. My calf was so tight, that if i moved my leg, it would feel close to there was a twist in my leg. i had to drag myself stale the field and i couldnt practice anymore. the magical thing be that i wrapped my calf in bandage for the dark and the next day, i go to PE and ran without any trouble.
From your description, i dont contemplate you pulled a muscle. it would be helpful to know which muscle hurts or what area its surrounded by. if you have muscle pain, a hot hip bath and a wrap of the injured area works wonders..

yeah it might be a muscle strain or a verbs...get some muscle rub and rub it on good...stroke into the strained part and pop some painkillers...ya should be fine in a morning or two...
