I presume i pulled a muscle?

i was working out and did some calves workouts then suddenly my right leg become numb couldn't move it and was completely straight like as if you be tippy toeing.

Answer:    ok so I think what probably happened to you is that it go into spasm trust me ive been there done that. What help me the most is getting some oil or vaseline and massaging it. This will facilitate you to relax the muscle and it should feel a lot better. Dont be afraid to pat hard though although it may hurt a little its the solely way to make it better. Hope you be aware of better soon!.
did you stretch before you work out because i usually work out by running miles and sometimes i forget to stretch before i run so my leg muscles become stressed. Could be a cramp.
