I don't devise this is typical?
I've been very restless lately. I cannot sleep at hours of darkness. I'll fall asleep around four am and wake up at twelve noon or one in the afternoon. What's even stranger is I don't eat. Not because I don't want to, but because I own absolutely no appetite. I won't get hungry till close to one in the morning. Could my odd sleeping cut-out have to do with my appetite problem? I get the impression like my body is all out of whack.
Answer: Are you possibly depressed? If you regard as taht might be possible, you can take online quizzes to find out. There is one at healthyplace.com and one at lexapro.com. Of course, these are not comprehensive tests and you should consult your doctor if you dream up you may be having symptoms of depression..
Your sleeping pattern could possibly enjoy something to do with your decreased appetite. I would suggest seeing your physician. He/she could comfort you further. Maybe a visit to your DOCTOR would be helpful.
