I consider i pulled a muscle while i be dance! what do i do?
when i was at dance practice we be doing leaps across the floor, when i went to do one, i could grain the muscles right underneath my butt, in my upper back thigh almost pop kinda, or close to tear i suppose. now i am not as flexible as i used to be, i can not do my splits anymore because instead of opinion the muscles stretch, they just dont go any farther and it puts me surrounded by a lot of pain. i dont know what to do and i entail to figure out how to heal them so i can regain my flexibility. can anyone oblige me?
