I own a returning injury within my upper thigh HELP! (read details)

the worst part about this one is that i cant fairly tell were it is. i touch the pain when i move it but i cant find were its coming from. its really anoying and wierd. this make it hard to stretch and ice the right nouns.
any suggestions to help heal it.

I would emphatically see a physiotherapist. They are trained to do all sorts of tests that can lend a hand isolate the muscle, joint, bone, ligament, nerve, etc. that might be cause the problem.

Then, they will be able to suggest effective treatment for you, whether it's exercise, stretches, resting, etc.

For immediately, rest it as much as possible. If it's a recent injury, if it appears swollen or red, ice it. If not, you can try heat. You don't want to put warmth on it if it's aggravated or inflamed, though.

Go to doctor and get xrays. could be a hairline fracture that only hurts when you put mass on it.

Once a fracture or blood clot is ruled out by your doctor then go to a physio or polish therapist for treatment. If the injury is recurring in that is a reason and these professionals can determine why and also help it to receive better.

Immediately, to get relief you can Ice, rest and elevate the leg.
