Just yesterday he was telling me thats hes allways gritting his teeth. Lets put it this instrument he is so tense that you can feel it when he touches you near his hands, and it can hurt! This has to be really unpromising for his health, is there anything he or I could do to back him to relax?

I can understand that kind of tensness as suffer it myself. Stress from work and other things can purely make a person resembling a time bomb. I finally took up martial arts and found the intense workouts and ability to use up that life really relaxed me. may seem an oxymoron but it does work. And yes it is very bleak for ones health
