I enjoy a sprained MCL, how long will it pinch to restore to health capably ample to play football again?
Like i said i suffered a right sprained MCL in my knee this week at football practice. Our first spectator sport is in 13 days and its my senior year. i am able to meander decent now i simply have trouble putting much weight or pressure on it. It is swollen around the kneecap and ive be icing it and taking ibuprophen to keep it down. I cant bend it back far adequate to even grab my shin its just too beyond the pale and swollen. I can't even get in a clad 3 point stance right now. Does anybody know about how long it will purloin until i could play again, im hoping i can play the first game but i dont know how safe it will be or i might own to get a cortisone shot...
can somebody PLEASE just bequeath me a little bit of help or warning, this is really stressing me out thinking that i might miss out on my senior football season... :(
Answer: if you work at it you won't likely miss the whole season. I significantly doubt that you will be able to play opening activity though, especially in the condition you are now. Continue rime and medication and try slowing to bare more weight and work at it. Don't do too much too swift.
You should be ok in 2-3 weeks.
Welllll. you could let your wonderful girlfriend bring care of you :]
