The meantime, you can other take the Glucosamine and Chondroitin, from what I heard lately, this helps, but both must be taken for it to be beneficial. A bottle costs about $20 for a month supply.

The cross-question is whether it's muscular or arthritis/rheumatism.

Be careful with taking motrin or aspirn or tylenol, as this may lend a hand the pain, but not the problem, and you could be making things worse by doing whatever cause the pain in the first place.
