I enjoy nought perkiness lately, even though I'm getting plenty of sleep. What should I do?

When I get an iced coffee, I'm fine all hours of darkness, but when I wake up, I just want to sleep and sleep and sleep, and I never own any energy all sunshine. I usually go to sleep around 1am and wake up at 10ish... So I'm getting plenty sleep. I wish I would wake up in advance, I hate sleeping late. I merely don't feel like doing anything. What can I do to bring more energy? Do I need to own a never-ending supply of iced coffee?

Answer:    Dehydration is a common effect of fatigue. Most people don't drink enough hose.

Perhaps you need a women's energy multivitamin every year. They contain extra B vitamins for energy.

You should try reducing your caffeine intake because that could be disrupting your sleeping patterns. Even if you are not wake up, you can be spending less time in the stages of sleep that serve you to feel well rested. Another item that may help you is to do plenty of physical activity during the light of day. When I don't exercise as much I tend to feel sluggish throughout the day as challenging awake and alert when I do have a regular exercise pattern. Make sure also that you are not getting too much sleep, as that can in fact cause you to feel sluggish within itself. The perfect amount is actually just about 7.5-8 hours. You may feel tired at first when you wake up after getting that amount of sleep, but the rest of the time you will feel refreshed and revitalized. Good luck! Well drinking coffee at night will build you stay up later. so try not drinking coffee and going to bed earlier and next you might wake up sooner too. I have one and the same problem sometimes and my dad says it's because i don't get plenty exercise each day. So I don`t know try exercising more. And take a vitamin supplment. hope i helped! Cut down on the caffeine.

It's probably messing near your sugar levels giving you energy slumps. .
Drink more dampen. Seriously.
