Is there a medical problem called vehicle buckle or something? Something that is a read lump and then 'comes to head' and you can move about to the doctor to get the puss out?
Answer: What you are talking more or less is a carbunkle. Basically, it is like a boil, but is usually larger. It is usually caused by a bacterial infection. You should probably stir into the doctor to have it looked at. Sometimes they have to be open and drained in order to take better.
