I hold trouble sleeping, what could I do?
I work shift-work (12 hour days, 2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights, 43 hours a week) I have trouble sleeping on both shifts. I will dance at times 24-48 hours without sleep. What could I do to improve my sleep. I can't quit my duty and I can't change my schedule. I merely would love to be able to fall asleep.
