it started about 2 days ago when i was surrounded by the toilet i felt a pain surrounded by my right testi. it has happened earlier and i just left it and it go away but im not sure if i should do anything about it? does anyone know what it might be? all answers would be much appreciated

It could be testicular torsion. (A twisted testi) or it may be a blockage. Best bet is to see a urologist and see if they will request an ultrasound. It can be serious.
