last week i discovered that i got 2 hemorrhoids, i don't know why i get them probably because i'm sitting down all day... i get through fiber and i dont get constipated or anything like that. Satuday i bought preparation H and one of the hemorrhoids is going down but the other one is bleeding... is this suppouse to arise? or should i just go to the doctor what other hemorrhoid prescription works the best

Yes they can bleed, you will have to keep up the cream for at tiniest one week. You might also consider eating a few prunes everyday to soften the stool. You devour fiber which will bulk the stool up, but if the bulk is large than it could be causing this problem when you evacuate the bowel. Therefore verbs the stool with a few prunes, say two to start beside and then see how you get on. If their is no advance in a week, see a Doc. Best of Luck
