If it is still bothering you after all this time you need to see a Dr. Have you have a tetanus shot in the last 10 years? Is it still swollen? You should soak it contained by Epsom Salts mixed in hot water to draw any infection out. Rusty nail can cause lockjaw.

It has be 2 months, and if your not having any symptoms, I think your okay. If you hold any fever, muscle cramps, muscle spasms, facial spasms, or pain, reddishness, & swelling at the site..Go to the nearest hospital. If you have been current next to your tetnus booster, than you will be okay on the tetnus aspect of it. You need one every 10 yrs..Some say 7yrs. If the wound is heal, and you have no pain, or swelling..I meditate you are ok.But if you are worried, or want to make sure, just hold a Dr check it out. Next time make sure you go to the hospital, or Doctor...At smallest to get a tetnus shot..You don't want to fool around with that..And you can capture tetnus from any wound,and not just something rusty..I just broke my foot from dropping something on it, and It also cut the top of my foot a short time bit, and they gave ME a tetnus shot, because my last one have been 8-9 yrs prior...The shot is not a nice one, you feel approaching you've been punched in the arm the subsequent day .They said you can get infected beside tetnus through any wound...Commonly they are puncture wounds...But tetnus is found in soil, in dust...etc.
