I get a REALLY impossible rug burn. Any counsel?
I was playing around with my treadmill ultimate night, and woopsy, I fell off and get rug burn- bad. Any advice? It hurts:(.

S U R E you be playing with the treadmill...we all know where on earth rug burn really comes from (wink, wink). Seriously, the 'burn' will heal twice as fast if you hold on to it clean and moist. Wash the wound sweeping from the inside to the outer edges, you can use plain tap hose down and soap for this. Apply a thick layer of antibiotic rub, cover with gauze and change the dressing as habitually as needed (when you see that the gauze has soaked up any discharge from the burn). Rug burns will usually heal from the outside edges into the focal point point, you should see a significant improvement in simply a day or two if you keep it moist, verbs and covered. Lavender Cream will work perfectly!

ALOE ALOE ALOE! get it as concentrated as possible. You can even buy the plant and rip stale a stem and rub it gently on your skin..its prob better if you get the plant because most aloe you acquire in stores has alcohol within it and will dry you out Soak in tub first. Apply polysporine, or another medicated cream. Do not cover unless it's bleeding. As it starts to heal, vaseline to oblige with dried scabs and skin. Wash the area 2 or 3 times a morning.
