it was healing pretty ably but it just blistered up a few days ago and now its a purple color near fluid underneath, it looks almost like a blood blister being its dull in color i wasnt sure what i should do, maybe see a doctor or friendly it myself and drain it, any answers as to what i could do would be great.

Rule of thumb with blisters is to leave them alone. They're a raw barrier, kind of similar to your body's version of bubble wrap. Broken blisters a) hurt really badly and b) seize infected very easily.
I would recommend going to the doctor, since it seem like your burn was beneficial fine until recently-- it sounds like there's some sort of complication and it could potentially be serious.

I would go to the doctor. I get burned really bad when I was 10 and it took around 10 months to heal. It had profusely of puss and stuff but i dont think it ever got purple. Definitly step see a doctor dont open it yourself
