I get hit near a baseball within my collar bone! what did i do to it!?
yesterday at practice i was talking to my coach and the human being i was throwing with thought i be looking although i wasnt and she throws really fast and hard and it hit me right contained by the chest on the collarbone. you know the part were its sensitive of dips down. and now it hurts so bad and i could just breathe after it happened. i thought i was okay yesterday but im not today and it hurts to touch the bone part of the pack. and when im laying down its hard for me to bring back up without it hurting. whats wrong with it? basically a bruise or fracture?
Answer: You wouldn't be able to move hardly any other limb if you broke your collar bone. It is EXTREMELY painful.
it could be fractured - get it xrayed. when you are getting up lean on other side and don't use that arm/hand to support
Are in that any consequences to cracking you knuckles?
