I crash down asleep on the couch at hours of darkness every evening! Help!?

I work full time and I have a part time livelihood as well. I get up at 7:30 am most mornings, director to work, and I don't get home usually until 6-7 p.m. (later if I have a tryst to attend). My boyfriend and I just moved in together a few months ago, and I be aware of awful because when I get home from work, we hang out, devour dinner and all that, but around 11 every night, I start to doze sour on the couch, regardless of what's on TV or if he's even talking to me. He stays up a little next by himself until he gets tired. I really want to stay up till at least midnight or 12:30 and I only just crash. I've tried drinking a little caffeine and eating a snack, but as soon as I'm done drinking or drinking, I fall to sleep again. Some evenings I have a cup of wine or a beer, and I get sleepier faster. Any advice on what I can do to shake those mental state of sleepiness?

I think the couch is your problem.
Try to find things to do around the house and stay rotten the couch. Instead of just sitting around watching TV.do something together.

Help, dislocated knees, x-rays ok, go home. Next hours of daylight, running restlessness 100.7. Is this run of the mill?

Start acumulate\teach work on meditation technics.

I hold a friend who is paralyzed from the waist down?

Just go to bed at 11. It's not wholesome not to get enough sleep.

I am so tired but I can't sleep. Does this appear to anyone?

Is bleeding everyday surrounded by ear gauge?
