get a massage an i would be fine but i have started a new pain direction doctor one weak before foot they had me on nerve pills an mussel relaxers for it no affliction meds thogh at all but after i left the hospital contained by severe pain i bought 3 loratab tens off the street to slaughter the pain well that folowing tuesday i go to my doctors office an he made me sighn a pain state ment an started me on tramadoll an give me a drug test to that day what will hapen when it comes hindmost with loratab in my system what will i articulate to them i do no street drugs what so ever so will they give me the boot arrest me or what please help me out i also be honest with the doctor an told him monday night i hurt so doomed to failure i drunk beer to kill my pain

Sorry, this is not looking perfect for you. You will not get arrested, but you will most likely be given the boot from the misery clinic. I'm sure you know that in the contract you signed with them, it say you can only be taking the meds they prescribe and if they aren't found in your system or if drugs they haven't prescribed are surrounded by your system found by the urine screen, they can and most likely will cancel your contract with them. Which means, yeah, most feasible you're gonna get the boot. There is an off occasion they will forgive you this one time as long as it hadn't happened before and merely warn you that it better not happen again. But my guess is you will no longer be a forgiving there. But to answer your other question, and you can look at this as the bright side, you will not be arrested.Add on: Cynthia, you are unresponsive wrong. The panels at these pain clinics are remarkably specific, they are not just looking to see if he had meth, coke, or pot surrounded by his system. Trust me man, hydrocodone and how much of it will be detected in your system. It even differentiates between the different narcotics. It would tell if you have taken hydrocodone, oxycodone, or even a darvocet.
I agree with you Cynthia that if this guy isn't already an addict, he is sure head down that road if he doesn't stop what he's doing ASAP. However his question was what will come up to him when the lortab shows up and you said that it wouldn't even show up. It will, these tests don't just show if you're taking against the law "street" drugs. They show it all. If he asks the question of whether or not we ruminate he's an addict or headed that route, you're right on.

They won't find the Loratab. It's not part of the standard panel. They are R/O'ing street drugs. However, some of the things you describe, sound as if you may be displaying some drug seeking pattern. Knowing how to buy off the street speaks loudly to it. Are you sure this is the route you want to go? Pain guidance specialists often lead to addiction. Take that stuff long satisfactory and you WILL become addicted. And it is a nightmare shaking it. Just had to be said..EDIT: The vast majority of my post stands. I suspect that they will either "give you the boot" and own to seek care from someone else or they will be VERY reluctant to EVER prescribe a narcotic discomfort medicine for you.
BTW, you do use "street drugs" if you bought them on the "street". This is called prescription drug diversion and is a huge problem and one of the reason that doctors are reluctant to prescribe narcotics to people if they suspect that they are not telling the truth.
