I quality a type of pulsating down my stomach..?
a couple weeks ago i had really bad lower belly cramps and i really didn't think much of it until these past few days i get the impression almost like a heartbeat, twitching behind my belly button, more towards the right but center-ish. it comes and go, and it definately distracts me, which isn't good because i was/am STAR&CST testing this week.
what could it be?
what can i do to be paid this go away?
please help me. i'm really terrified.
and don't say it's anxiety i could care smaller amount about this testing. i'm used to it by in a minute. please help me! :) much appreciated.

that is the pulsation of your abdominal aorta, it is a terrifically normal thing and almost every body can see it if you lye completely flat, and relax as much as possible to variety you abdominal muscles the least contracted.It is a very run of the mill finding, I have it myself when a lye down and put a book on my belly and I find the book jumping. It is a mundane finding.
Only in old males (> 60 y/o) if the pulsation is getting stronger and is unconcealed even on standing and contracting the abdominal muscles, it may indicate dilatation of the abdominal aorta, but it is not a big deal.

Could be an abdominal aortic aneurysm. It usually makes you more aware of the aorta defeat. If however you can only feel it while lying down next that is pretty normal. But if it's intensely pronounced all the time then I would own it checked out. It's probably nothing but it's better to be safe. Can you touch it if you put your hand on your stomach? If you cant feel it from the outside I don't guess i'd be too worried. Unless it's really bothering you.
