I hold on to on getting a Banging headache?
I’ve been getting headaches for over 10 days very soon. It seems to be at the front and the side of my head. I have an eye test about a month ago and everything be clear. I revisited the opticians but they told me to see my doctor. Went to the doctor but he said he can’t see a problem, he checked my eyes, temperature and blood pressure. Pain killers don’t rob it away and I feel crap everyday I wake up, I use computers everyday but the doc say that’s not the problem. What could it be?
Answer: u could be dehydrated or just sick... or could be migraines.
try drinking more wet, most headaches are caused by dehydration... but i draw from them when I'm ill! :(

I had a similar thing following an stroke of luck involving a tree. I went to casulty and got no comfort as they said it was too expensive for me to have an MRI. When I finally get one I was told I had sinusitis. I've presently been prescribed a simple two week course of stuff and I should be fine afterwards.
You really sound approaching you have exactly the same to me. Sinusitis doesn't aim being blocked up or anything it can be just headache that really hurt.
I recommend you go back to your docs or gain a second opinion..
it could be many cause, sometimes stress other times due to illness like cold or disorientation etc.
try to do some exercises and eat lots of vegetable.
yoga, pilates, meditation etc. or get some press sessions from therapists. or even some health shoes

DEHYDRATION my friend. I guarantee if you collar a pint of water now and next sip one over the next hour, you'll be fine..
My brother suffered similar symptoms a few years ago when he was renting a flat, turned out the gas fire have a small leak and the carbon monoxide was making him below par.
