I have a calves cramp from swimming. How do I concord near it?

I had a calves cramps 2 days ago and the pain still linger. I had varicose veins on like peas in a pod right leg too. I think the veins have got to do with the cramps, excluding I didn't warm up enough.

Anyway, how do I sort the pain go away? I do plentifully of sports, and the veins has be with me since 9 y/o.. :(

Answer:    Definitely do a good amount of stretching previously you swim. That will warm up your muscles and hopefully prevent the cramps. Also, make sure to drink profusely of water to prevent dehydration and eat foods illustrious in potassium, such as bananas. If the cramps are still painful, lug an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Vericose veins can take home your leg ache, so you should mention that to your doctor to make sure zilch is going on.
