I have a discectomy 5 months ago, but the disc is pressing on my brashness again. What are my option to fix it?

I have been completely careful since my surgery and limited exercise just to what my physiotherapist advised me to do. I don't understand why the disc have slipped out again. I am 30 years old. I do not want to spend the rest of my life within pain. Is there anything more I can do? Fusion seem like too drastic an option at my age.

Answer:    Have you have another MRI to see if the pain is coming from the disc, or are you guessing? It might be that the initial disc that had the discectomy is fine, but the disc above or below have now become the problem. Best of Luck.
my mom had that problem and followed adjectives doctor orders... now she's suffering again. All the med pattern sites will help with your question. My mom works and walks a lot adjectives day and i have a notion that's what brought it back on again. Not sitting properly, not sitting enough. Seems to be a win/lose situation. Talk to your doc. He's the pro and can backing you.
