this was doing oct. to my christmas and alittle after to then i stop coughing because of the medication the doctor gave me and i took care of my self, next on saturday i was out all daylight and night was concerned of cold i had no jacket so now im sick agian but once i come inside i started getting fever and feeling dizzy and my hallucination has gone down but never away, i feel dizzy and nomb. but i still grasp up and move around so i wont get sicker.but each time i cough my guide hurts then i stop and my head doesnt hurt. what can i do besides stir to the doctor? can this be getting seriouse?

Symptoms include cough, chest affliction, fever, and difficulty in breathing. The one and only way to determine pneumonia for sure is via a chest x-ray or a sputum (spit) test. Go to your doc who can charge these and offer further treatment from there.
