what can i do to relieve pain?
Answers:    Try rinsing out your sinuses. You can use a Neti pot. Or do as my husband does and sniff the mixture from a spoon. Boiling water a cup full, append about 1/4 teaspoon of salt sugar and bi-carbonate of soda, leave to cool until only just warm. You may have to adjust the heat and amount of saline etc. Sniff it up your nose, it will go into your sinus and help to rinse them out. Don't spawn it too strong or hot or it will burn. Hope this works for you. Neti pot is available at drug stores, and you may find it easier to use.
