In my left wrist/arm i have be having pains that go from my wrist to roughly speaking 2 inches above where my elbow bend. It is if i am holding my hand palm down the pains are to the gone of my vein. Any guess what it is.

Also in my right foot it just cramps up about 2 times a hours of daylight. Or when i am writing or using it. Why is this?

sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome to me. but do everything you can to avoid surgery. i have surgery about two years ago and ended up next to reflex sympathetic dystrophy. I'm not in a position to test. But you might own carpel tunnel syndrome. Get it checked out: The doctor might have a few ideas on how to treat it.
